Return & Exchange Policy

At FanArmor, we want you to love your premium jersey. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.
Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Custom or personalized jerseys are not eligible for return unless defective.

Defective or Wrong Items

If you receive a defective product or the wrong item, contact us at fanarmor.contact@gmail.com within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. You may be responsible for return shipping outside Dhaka.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
